Business Associate Agreement (BAA)
Trustora is committed to HIPAA compliance. We provide a standard BAA to any Client who is a covered entity or business associate and who will upload Protected Health Information (PHI) to our platform.
Key Terms
- Business Associate will use PHI only to provide the Service.
- Business Associate will implement reasonable safeguards (encryption, access controls).
- Business Associate will report any breach to Client within 5 business days.
- Upon termination, PHI will be returned or destroyed.
- Business Associate will not sell PHI or use it for marketing.
Our BAA satisfies the requirements of 45 CFR § 164.504(e).
